Questions
- What is a credit?
- Credits are how you pay for what a resource actually uses: writing, each picture, each narrated page, a song, a clip. Every maker shows its exact price before you create, and the lighter options (Quick art, no narration, fewer pages) are one tap away.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Plan credits are added every month and roll over; pack credits stay until you use them. They stay yours after a plan ends.
- What happens if something fails?
- The credits for that step come straight back and one tap retries. You are only ever charged for what was made.
- Who owns what I make?
- You do. Print it, laminate it, share it with families, post it in your programming app. We never sell or reuse your resources.
- What about children's names?
- A first name is the most a resource ever uses, only when you type it, only with the family's consent (we record the date), and never a photo or surname. See What we keep about children for every detail.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, online, any time: Cancel my plan on the Billing page. No phone call, no fee. Your plan runs to the end of the paid month and the credits you have stay yours.
- Will you remind me that I'm subscribed?
